Governance and accountability structures

When agreeing the structure of your use case community, it may be helpful to think about the following:

• Group structure - Required roles and/or which contributions will come from within the use case community and which will come from external contributors.

• Resourcing - Where do you need to invest time/money?

• Leadership structure - How does oversight and accountability work in your use case community? How does this help you to deliver? This may depend on your agreed funding model.

• Infrastructure - Are there any particular policies and procedures that you have in place that support you to deliver better work? You may wish to create a Terms of Reference (ToR) or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the use case community.
